Congratulations to our 2013 Page Personnel EA of the Year, Michelle Roch!

From left to right: Paul Donoghue (Regional Development Manager/Executive Committee Member, Colonial First State Global Asset Management) Michelle Roch (2013 Page Personnel EA of the Year) and Sarah Riley (Director, Page Personnel)

Michelle is an Executive Assistant within the Development team at Colonial First State Global Asset Management, supporting seven senior managers. Some of Michelle’s key achievements in the role include:

  • Project managing a Sigma Six Continuous Improvement program, influencing the achievement of 120% of the program’s objectives.
  • Being nominated to project manage a Strategic Vision Group that was tasked with developing an action plan to deliver the ”World Class” vision for Chadstone Shopping Centre. This included working with the joint owners, business representatives, Executive Committee members and managers across most business units, and resulted in Chadstone Shopping Centre being considered as one of the Top 10 Shopping Centres in the world.
  • Taking on additional project coordination tasks to support several construction projects, including a $100 million redevelopment in Homebush, NSW.
  • Being nominated for a Global Cultural Recognition Award by her managers.
  • Completing a Diploma of Project Management under an accelerated timeline while working full time.

As the 2013 Page Personnel EA of the Year, Michelle has won return fights for two to Barcelona, Dubai, Maldives or Las Vegas, plus five nights of luxury accommodation. She also received sixteen long stemmed roses courtesy of our official sponsors The Roses Only Group, plus a tailored career development session with Page Personnel.

We would also like to extend our congratulations to our five runners up, who demonstrated commitment to go above and beyond in their roles over the last 12 months:

  • Michelle Buhne from NSW, EA to the Finance Director at Microsoft.

  • Jane Barry from WA, EA to the MD at EBM Insurance Brokers.
